3. Subscription & Payment

Certain services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize ViKing Law to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until you cancel. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Subscription prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' prior notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a cancellation or refund policy.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at vking@viking-law.com or calling (610) 299-8022. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your services through the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you submit to ViKing Law , including text, images, and other materials , remains your property. You grant ViKing Law a limited license to use your content as necessary to provide the services. The platform, website design, underlying technology, and all proprietary materials are the property of ViKing Law and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ViKing Law and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of , or inability to use , our website or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
